The service
Masar is a discovery platform for hotels, places, and transport in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Booking is usually completed on WhatsApp with the listing owner. Masar presents listings; it is not a party to your stay or transport contract with the provider unless we say otherwise in writing.
Accounts
- You must be able to enter a contract (normally 18+) or use the app with a guardian.
- You are responsible for your phone number, verification code, and activity on your account.
- We may refuse accounts that abuse the service or violate child safety rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not post illegal, abusive, or child-exploitative content.
- Do not attack or misuse the service or notifications.
- Listing details come from partners; confirm before you pay or book.
Booking and payment
Price, booking, and payment are usually handled directly with the hotel or provider on WhatsApp or their own channels. Masar does not collect your card details in the app for that purpose.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every listing or price is available at every moment. Liability is limited as allowed under the laws of Iraq / the Kurdistan Region.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
